Description
- The Camino Real Renovation project (17,660 sf), spanning two floors in the Existing Building, will be renovated as the new home for Dreamscape Learn (DSL) Virtual Reality (VR), Makerspace, e-Gaming and Student Inclusion Spaces.

Updates
Project Milestones:
1st Floor: Framing:
Majority of the drywall mud, tape, and sanding activities are completed. Electrical: Started to install lighting in rooms that have T-Grid installed. They also started running electrical wires for the VR Computer Room. Access Flooring: Continuing the installation of raised flooring and have anchored majority of the pedestals and have cut-out the panels for the flooring boxes. Painting: Will return this week to continue the painting of interior as drywall activities have completed.
Lecture Room 137:
Horizons (General Contractor): LVT flooring has been installed and completed. KI Furniture: Consultant started and has completed the installation of furniture.
2nd Floor:
Framing: Majority of the drywall mud, tape and sanding activities are completed.
Electrical: Started the installation of light fixtures on the rooms where T-Grid have been placed. Low
Voltage: Continuing the run a data cable throughout the floor. Mechanical: Pending the roof cut out on the second floor for connection of exhaust fan.
Painting: Will return this week to continue the painting of interior walls as drywall activities have completed.
