Description

  • The Camino Real Renovation project (17,660 sf), spanning two floors in the Existing Building, will be renovated as the new home for Dreamscape Learn (DSL) Virtual Reality (VR), Makerspace, e-Gaming and Student Inclusion Spaces.

Updates

Project Milestones:

1st Floor:
The wall framing, storefront header installation, and top clip installation in progress.
The mechanical subcontractor continued installing threaded rods and Unistrut supports for the new HVAC ductwork, as well as metal duct installation.
The electrical subcontractor continued rough-in installation of electrical conduits on the first floor.
The welding subcontractor completed welding of the metal storefronts and door jambs.
TTS Engineering (FRP subcontractor) returned to the site and resumed installation of the FRP system on the first floor in accordance with CCD #002.

2nd Floor:
The framing subcontractor continued with the installation of the curtain wall system, including dropping metal studs and installing the first layer of drywall on the curtain wall.
The electrical subcontractor proceeded with rough-in installation of electrical conduit throughout the second floor.
The mechanical subcontractor continued installing new supply ductwork.
The welding subcontractor continued welding of the metal storefronts and door jambs throughout the second floor.
