Project Milestones:

1st Floor:
Framing installation of storefront ongoing.
Drywall installation is progressing, with one side of the walls currently being worked on.
Mechanical subcontractor has begun installing fire and smoke dampers throughout the floor.
The Electrical subcontractor is continuing the installation of low-voltage rough-in conduits across the floor.

2nd Floor:
The framing subcontractor is continuing with the installation of insulation and drywall.
Mechanical subcontractor has completed majority of the duct work and smoke dampers.
The Electrical subcontractor is continuing the installation of low-voltage rough-in conduits across the floor.

Picture Perfect Exterior Painting of Camino Real & Cimarusti Science Buildings is 95% complete. Touch ups will be completed after Horizons window installation.
