Description
- The Camino Real Renovation project (17,660 sf), spanning two floors in the Existing Building, will be renovated as the new home for Dreamscape Learn (DSL) Virtual Reality (VR), Makerspace, e-Gaming and Student Inclusion Spaces.

Updates
Project Milestones:
1st Floor:
Framing installation of storefront and wall metal studs along the corridor side of the VR Computer Lab is continuing.
Drywall installation is progressing, with one side of the walls currently being worked on.
Mechanical subcontractor has begun installing fire and smoke dampers throughout the floor.
The Electrical subcontractor is continuing the installation of low-voltage rough-in conduits across the floor.
2nd Floor:
The framing subcontractor is continuing with the installation of insulation and drywall, including ongoing mudding and taping at the curtain wall system and interior walls.
The electrical subcontractor has begun running rough-ins for corridor lighting, and installing the main feeder conduits from the electrical closet along the corridor.
The mechanical subcontractor remains focused on installing fire and smoke dampers.
