Montrose Projects

Glendale Community College, through its Professional Development Center (PDC), has had a presence in Glendale’s historic Montrose Town Center since 1985. In recent years, PDC classes have been offered primarily online or at the business site. GCC’s Facilities Master Plan seeks to improve and expand student offerings and create a deeper connection with the Montrose community.

In 2018, GCC acquired the property next door to the existing PDC building (formerly Citibank) using funds from Measure GC. This acquisition opened the door to new opportunities for expansion and improvement.
